How our service works

It's Simple

  1. For a nominal fee (see our plan choices) you will be issued an actual U.S. postal address (not a PO Box), which is acceptable by U.S. retailers and individual sellers.
  2. Mailbox International receives and processes the package(s) on your behalf. When it proves to be an advantage to you, packages or merchandise can be consolidated, repackaged, and placed in a plain shipping box or envelope.
  3. You are notified by e-mail that your shipments have arrived. As soon as we have received payment from you through PayPal or credit card, your package will be shipped to your home. Additional insurance may be added at your request.
  4. Your merchandise will leave our shipping center with a maximum of a 48 hour turn-around time along with the proper customs forms attached.

From start to finish you, the customer, are in complete control!

Getting Started

  • Sign up using your credit card or PayPal account. (PayPal is the easiest and safest way to pay online and is accepted by most online retailers and Ebay sellers in the U.S.)
  • Your new U.S. mailing address and account number will be sent to you.
